ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS
Your pet must:
- Be current on all vaccinations (Puppies must have minimum of first 3 distemper vaccines, Rabies vaccine, Canine Influenza & Bordetella)
- 16 weeks of age or older
- Dogs over 6 months must be spayed or neutered
- Be on flea/tick preventative
- You must complete all preregistration paperwork and be approved
